What are your delivery options?
We ship all in stock orders within 24-48 Hours depending on the time and date orders are placed. Holidays may include additional shipping delays. Packages are shipped within Canada via UPS, FedEx or Canada Post. Currently, we do not offer International shipping on online orders. Local Pickup is also available at our retail location.
What is your return policy?
Returns will be accepted in store only within 7 days of purchase. Fashion items must not be worn, altered, washed and must have their original tags in place, attached completely to the clothing item. Footwear must be sent back to us in their original box and original condition. We will not accept returns for underwear, swimwear and gift cards. We have the right to refuse to accept any merchandise returned that cannot be resold.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, Cheque, Debit and all major forms of credit card payments including Mastercard, Visa & American Express.
How do I place an online order?
Once you find something you would like to purchase please click on the image and it will have an item number. We currently accept phone in orders by calling 519-326-8768. You can provide your item number and size to our customer service representative and they would be happy to process your order for shipment or in store pickup.
What currency is pricing?
All prices are in (CAN) Canadian Currency and will charged in Canadian Currency.
